At 4 p.m. Feb. 19, League City will hold a celebration for Helen Hall Library, 100 W. Walker St., League City, which turns 50 years old on Feb. 14. The event includes snacks; live music from a DJ and guitarist; police, fire and EMS vehicles; balloon animals; face painting; a bounce house; games; food; and more. The party is sponsored by the Friends of Helen Hall Library.
